Eligibility for Refunds
We gladly accept returns and issue refunds only if:-
The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

The product is in its original, unworn, unaltered condition with all tags/packaging intact.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method; AuntieSherie is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Store credit is available upon request instead of a refund—just let us know in your refund request email.

Non‑Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items (e.g., name bracelets) are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
