  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    We gladly accept returns and issue refunds only if:

    • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • The product is in its original, unworn, unaltered condition with all tags/packaging intact.

    • You include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  2. How to Request a Refund

    1. Email us at [your email address] with the subject line “Refund Request – Order #[Order Number].”

    2. In your email, include:

      • Your full name and order number

      • The item(s) you’re returning

      • Reason for return (optional)

    3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  3. Return Shipping

    • You are responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; AuntieSherie is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  4. Processing Your Refund

    • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you by email.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.

  5. Exchanges & Store Credit

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

    • Store credit is available upon request instead of a refund—just let us know in your refund request email.

  6. Non‑Refundable Items

    • Customized or personalized items (e.g., name bracelets) are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
